FAQ
Frequently asked questions about alpine skis
-
Will I get the exact women's ski model shown when I picked it during booking?
On our rental site, you book an equipment category (defined by its performance level), not a specific model. On the day you arrive, our in-store team will provide you with the ideal ski from among the best models available in the booked range.
-
Can I change model or category of women's skis during my stay?
Yes, this is entirely possible if you subscribed to the Multiride option when booking! This option lets you switch equipment during your stay to try different sensations: going from a high-performance piste ski to freeride skis for powder, or even switching to a snowboard.
-
Are poles included with the skis?
Yes, absolutely! Poles are always included as standard and at no extra cost, whether you rent the skis alone or as a pack. They will be adjusted to your height when you pick up your equipment in-store.
