I can’t come skiing because of covid. This situation is beyond my control. Will I get a refund?

Sport 2000 will refund you in full* if you’re unable to ski due to the current health situation, in the following cases:

• You’re in an area subject to a travel restriction (travel ban or quarantine)**
•  Your flight or train has been cancelled due to Covid-19**
• Your acommodation is unable to take you due to Covid-19**

You have up to 48 hours before your 1st day of skiing to cancel.

*In case of cancellation, Sport 2000 will refund your entire payment made online (including fee of €3.90).
**On presentation of a supporting document.
