Can I cancel my booking? Will I get a refund?


Cancellation before collection of equipment

According to our Rental Terms and Conditions, bookings cannot be cancelled via the website.

Only our customer services department is authorised to cancel bookings at the Customer’s request. If you wish to cancel your booking, please send an email to serviceclient@sport2000.fr with the following details:

  • “Booking cancellation” in the subject line of the email.
  • Your booking number and reason for cancellation in the body of the email.

Cancellations are subject to the conditions set out in the table below:

15% of the Hire Equipement amount
The remaining balance of the amount paid within 30 days
The Customer cancels their booking less than 3 days before the start of the rental period Administrative fees of €3.90 inc. VAT +
30% of the Hire Equipement amount
The remaining balance of the amount paid within 30 days, if payment has been made in full

If the cancellation is the result of force majeure, of which the Customer must provide proof, the Company shall retain the administrative fees of €3.90 inc. VAT and refund the remaining balance of the amount paid by the Customer within 30 days.


In the event that the Customer is to be refunded for a cancelled booking, this refund shall be paid by:

  • Crediting the card used for the transaction.
  • Crediting the Paypal account used for the transaction.

Cancellation after collection of equipment

Cancellation is no longer possible after the Customer has collected the equipment from the shop. The Customer cannot attempt to claim any refund of the sums paid for their booking once they have taken possession of their equipment.
