Even though our main business is ski and snowboard rental, customers who have their own equipment are also welcome to visit our Sport 2000 Alpes Glisses ski shop to have their skis or snowboards serviced during their ski holidays. Our ski workshop in Tignes 1800 provides a fast and professional service to take care of your equipment throughout the season, ensuring better glide, more comfort and greater safety on the slopes.
In our ski workshop, we offer several maintenance and repair services:
- Base repair for damaged ski and snowboard bases
- Edge sharpening
- Hand waxing for skis and snowboards
- Full equipment servicing
Simply drop off your equipment before 6:00 pm and collect it the next morning from 8:45 am. Thanks to our on-site ski workshop, your skis or snowboard will be ready quickly so you can get back on the slopes in the best possible conditions. And this service is available even on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season!
Summer Storage Service
We also offer a summer storage service to protect your equipment between the seasons. This process consists of applying a thick layer of wax to the base at the end of your stay and leaving it on throughout the summer to nourish and protect the base from drying out and oxidation.
Before your next ski trip, you simply need to have this storage wax removed in a ski shop before using your equipment again. This maintenance helps keep your skis and snowboards in better condition season after season.
