The Wingman Lite 78 TI (Black Ski range) for Men and Women: Combines lightness and reactivity for a precise and dynamic ski. Perfect for committed skiing on all types of terrain.
The Elan brand was created in 1945 by Slovenian Rudi Finzga, a bold visionary and renowned ski jumper: he set the world record at 95 metres in 1941. The brand’s beginnings were promising: thanks to his reputation, Elan started exporting internationally and especially to the United States a few years after its creation.
In the 1990s, Elan achieved a major breakthrough with the invention of carving skis, considered one of the greatest revolutions in modern skiing. True to its innovative spirit, the brand then developed notable technologies such as the Fusion binding system, WaveFlex for optimised flex, and finally Amphibio, which uniquely combines a camber and rocker profile on the same ski.
Decades of work dedicated to research and development were rewarded in 2012 and 2015 when Elan was named the most innovative brand by the Plus X Award jury. Influenced by the past of the local population, inspired by the passion of its customers, and encouraged by the genius of its employees and ambassadors, Elan continues to shape the future of skiing and sport in general.
In the 1970s the Elan brand truly began to shine thanks to Swedish legend Ingemar Stenmark. This record-holder achieved 86 World Cup victories exclusively with Elan skis. It is no coincidence that Elan became one of the biggest ski manufacturers in 1984. That same year, Elan equipped 168 racers across all disciplines, including Slovenian legend Bojan Krizaj who succeeded Ingemar.
