You are legally bound to bring your booking confirmation with you in order to collect your equipment.

However, if you forget your confirmation, we should be able to retrieve your booking using the following details:

• Your booking number and the name used to make the booking via our website
• Your booking number, name or email address used to make the booking using your smartphone
