According to our Rental Terms and Conditions, bookings cannot be changed online.
Only our customer services department is authorised to change bookings at the Customer’s request. If you wish to change your booking, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- “Change of booking” in the subject line of the email.
- Your booking number and details of the changes required in the body of the email.
Only the requests listed below will be accepted:
- Addition or removal of equipment and services from the same shop where the original booking was made.
- Change of rental dates at the same shop where the original booking was made.
- Change of shop for the same rental period.
Subject to the following conditions:
- If the Customer changes their booking and the new total is higher than for the original booking, the difference will be charged at the hire shop’s current rate. The Company will retain the initial amount paid. The additional amount will be included in the balance to be paid at the shop.
- If the total of the amended booking is lower than for the original booking, the difference will not be refunded by the Company.
- If the Customer changes their booking less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, this change is equivalent to the cancellation of the original booking.
